John focuses his practice on federal litigation related to commercial proceedings and also on commercial arbitration. John has handled complex civil litigation in federal and state courts and also has experience advising businesses on regulatory matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, John worked with some of the world’s largest law firms in Miami where he focused on investment arbitration involving Latin American sovereigns and investors. 

John is fluent in English and Spanish and spent time working for an American law firm in Mexico City representing the interests of Fortune-500 American companies abroad and advising Mexican companies on American law.
